Fund Management
IS4KH manages specific allocations of funds in accordance to its views on the overall market and target sectors and in accordance to its corporate strategy andresponsible investment principles. The company’s investment policy is guided by responsibility to all stakeholders including investors, host government, host communities and all stakeholders in global sustainability. IS4KH is presently focused on developing opportunities in local DCM, clean energy, climate change mitigation, and medium technology broadly within UNSD ISIC classifications.
Assets Management
IS4KH manages wealth for institutional and experienced HNWI investors qualified to make independent investments under their applicable home jurisdiction regulations. The company customises investment parameters in accordance to the objectives, needs and risk appetite of each investor. IS4KH manages client assets to increase wealth over time, following a personalized plan that reflects the client’s risk tolerance and financial goals.
Consultation Service
IS4KH provides consultancy services that are related to the company’s investment activities. IS4KH can actively assist investors in developing their asset management plans and in understanding IS4KH fund management target sectors. In limited situations for relationship clients IS4KH may provide consultancy assistance for projects within the areas of infrastructure, energy and climate change mitigation.
STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS
In the opinion of the directors, the accompanying financial statements of the Company are drawn up in accordance with CIFRS for SMEs so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Company as at 31 December 2024 and of the results of its operations and its cash flows for the year then ended.
